    Most every restaurant has this simple fresh oven baked cod recipe on the menu. Stir in the warm cream and the shredded cheese until it starts to melt. Here in New England, Baked Cod with Ritz cracker topping is standard fare. Drain the hot cooked pasta and add to the bowl with the butter and toss to coat.
